Hongjitang Smart TCM Pharmacy has a construction area of 15,000㎡, fully integrating online and offline medical resources, achieving a full process service of prescription review, traditional Chinese medicine decoction preparation, clinical preparation processing, logistics distribution, medication consultation, and after-sales service.

With the strong support of the provincial and municipal governments, Hongjitang Smart TCM Pharmacy has drafted the "Construction and Operation Standards for Smart TCM Pharmacy" as a local standard for implementation in Jinan City, and the "Quality Management Standards for the Operation of Smart TCM Pharmacy" as a group standard for implementation by the Shandong Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Hongjitang Laiwu Smart Manufacturing Project has a construction area of 188,000㎡, mainly used for the production of oral liquids and solid preparations. 

The park has pioneered aerial corridors, automatic weighing and dispensing systems for medicinal herbs, automatic extraction and feeding systems, Smart sterilization logistics systems, automatic sample delivery systems from production areas to quality inspection areas, and smart parks, achieving automation, digitization, and intelligence in TCM production, creating a new scene for modern production of TCM.

Hongjitang Lubei Pharmaceutical Project was listed as a major project in Shandong Province in 2024, with a floor area of about 85000㎡. It is mainly used for the production of APIs, pharmaceutical intermediates, essence and spices, and strives to build a first-class data driven pharmaceutical intermediate unicorn enterprise. 

The project is committed to realizing automation, digitalization and intelligence, building a 5G+industrial Internet, green ecological fine chemical industry park, and shaping a new benchmark of regional innovation beacon intelligent factory.

Hongjitang Ejiao Smart Manufacturing project has a planned floor area of 57,000㎡. This project will upgrade the technology of ass hide glue production system through the application of ERP, MES, WMS, EMS and other software systems, combined with laboratory DNA detection and automated production lines, comprehensively build a traceability system for the full supply chain of raw materials and production processes, and build a green, intelligent and transparent factory integrating digital, intelligent and new energy; At the same time, the project integrates intelligent manufacturing, cultural and tourism exhibitions, research and study tours, and TCM health preservation, creating an immersive and intelligent complex of TCM with adhesive properties. 

The construction area of Hongjitang Pill Smart Manufacturing Project is about 52,000㎡. In order to inherit the production process of TCM pills, integrate new technologies for intelligent development of TCM production, undertake Hongjitang's strategic positioning for pills, comprehensively upgrade the existing pill production mode, and achieve continuous and intelligent manufacturing of pills by introducing advanced manufacturing processes, equipment, and intelligent systems. Combined with the concept of industrial tourism, a smart factory for pill production will be built.
