Effect of xiao’er xiaoshi tablet on gastrointestinal motility and gastrin secretion in children with anorexia

Result:

The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.23%, which was higher than 83.02% of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in gastric emptying time between the two groups (P > 0.05). After 1, 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, the gastric emptying time of the two groups was shorter than that before treatment (P < 0.05). The gastric emptying time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in gastrin between the two groups (P > 0.05). After treatment, the gastrin secretion of the two groups increased (P < 0.05), and the serum gastrin secretion decreased (P < 0.05). The gastrin secretion of the observation group was more than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the serum gastrin secretion was less than that of the control group (P < 0.05).

Conclusion: xiao’er xiaoshi tablet is effective in the treatment of infantile anorexia. It can promote the gastrointestinal motility and regulate the secretion of gastrin.

Infantile anorexia is one of the common diseases in pediatrics. The main clinical manifestations are anorexia and refusal to eat. Most of them have the characteristics of slowing down the basic rhythm of gastric electricity and increasing the abnormal peristalsis of gastrointestinal tract. Traditional Chinese medicine holds that children are the body of childish Yin and childish Yang. The spleen and spleen are both deficient in Yin and Yang, which often leads to the dysfunction of skin transport and ascending clear function, which leads to the occurrence of anorexia in children, and even affects the normal growth and development of children. Therefore, prevention and treatment of infantile anorexia has become the focus of common concern of clinical pediatricians. Because most of the children with anorexia have abnormal gastrointestinal electricity, the changes of gastrointestinal motility can be used as the evaluation standard of clinical effect after treatment. Gastrin is one of the main hormones released from the gastric mucosa, which stimulates the secretion of gastric acid and the proliferation of parietal cells. Therefore, 106 children with anorexia in our hospital were selected for clinical control study in order to observe the effect of xiao’er xiaoshi tablet on gastrointestinal motility and Gastrin of children with anorexia, and to explore the clinical effect of xiao’er xiaoshi tablet on children with anorexia.
